Today is the first day we are working separately in our assigned outlets. I’m together with Karlaine in the Restaurant. Kit is assigned in a family restaurant – Wheelhouse. Bab is assigned in Deli Lounge which is more like a coffee shop. Rox is lucky to be part of the banquet.
Anyway, our shift for today starts at 11:00. We’re together with Becky for the morning duties. She taught us the things we need to do for the opening. We need to be familiar or rather we need to know what we have to do whenever we’re the 11am person on duty. We have to get iced water and hot water for the two sections. We also need to get the condiments from the kitchen. It’ll take us about 20 to 25 minutes to finish the duty. After that, we need to help the person on 10am duty with her tasks particularly in folding the napkins.
