During the previous staff gathering, the HR head introduced a new program which is “Train the Trainer”. This is to improve not only the trainees’ capabilities but also the trainers’. Well, we started that program in our outlet today.
One of my captains, Pauline, led the briefing today. Of course she was guided by my manager and assistant manager. The briefing was kind of short but that was a good start for her. I supposed that one by one my captains will do the briefing.
