Today is also one of the busiest days in Tavern because it is a Saturday! Well, that is to be expected since it is a weekend. Friday is the last day of work so people will come by the evening to kind of celebrate or relax after a busy week of work. Then, Saturday will come and it’s either it will be busy both the lunch and dinner shifts or only the dinner shift will be busy. Since people are resting after the busy week of work, then they will come late in the club. Thus, it makes the restaurant not busy during lunch. There are cases when people come in by 14:00, and making the closing staff suffer. We hate that kind of members. Saturday night is undeniably busy, so let’s not talk about that. Sunday is also a very busy day for some reason. I am actually thinking that Sunday lunch should be busy and Sunday dinner is not. However, sometimes Sunday is very busy and there are times that it is not.
